Is it possible to return shoes to Shoe Carnival?
Purchases can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase if they are new, unused, and still in their original packaging. We will only accept used items with obvious flaws. Internet purchases can be returned for free to any of our store locations.
Will Shoe Carnival exchange shoes without a receipt?
Returns without a receipt will be accepted by Shoe Carnival, but only for store credit, and must be made within 60 days of purchase. Items purchased in a physical store must be returned to the same location. You cannot send them back by mail.
