How long do you have to collect an item next?
After 10 days following the store’s receipt of your order, it will be made available for pickup. If the package(s) aren’t picked up, they’ll be sent back to our warehouse, where a refund or exchange can be processed. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Cancelling an order is as easy as logging into your account and selecting the “My Orders” tab. After seeing your order details, choose the desired item(s) and then click the “Cancel Item” button so that we may fulfil your request.
