Is there a reason my package hasn’t been tracked?
If you recently placed your order, the tracking information for your package may not yet be available in our systems. More than a day after receiving your parcel number, if you still haven’t received any tracking information, it’s probably best to get in touch with the sender to make sure the number is correct and the package has been handed off to Yodel.
There has been no tracking update for several days, what should I do?
When the scheduled delivery date has passed and there has been no update on the tracking page, please contact us using our Webchat so that we may assist you.
